The Ghana Education Service (GES) has postponed the release of the Computerize school placement after failure to release it today as hinted.
The Director-General of GES, Prof Kwasi Opoku Amankwa speaking to the daily graphic last week declared that this year’s school placement will be out on Sunday, February 21.
According to a press release signed by the Head of Public Relations at GES, Cassandra Twum Ampofo sighted by listengh.net, the Computerize school placement has been postponed till further notice.
It has urged the public to note that that due to the #Covid19 situation, management of GES is setting up Call Centers across the country and other appropriate alternative measures to resolve all placement related issues.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Education Service has assured parents, guardians, candidates and the general public to remain calm as it is committed to ensuring a smooth, merit-based SHS placement process under established guidelines and look forward to their full cooperation in this regard.
According to the GES, it is preparing sufficiently to release the computerized school Placement soon.
