The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has introduced a new paperless system for its association members and has therefore created a Costumer Relation Management (CRM) system for its associates.

According to the GNAT executives, this system is to help curb all the stress teachers go through whenever they want to have access to their contributions over a period. The association has therefore employed technological tool to improve the services being offered to its members.

All teachers who fall under the GNAT umbrella from now on check their teachers fund loan statement, contribution statements, loan deductions, loan approval status, apply for refund etc. on your smart phone or laptop.
below are the steps to follow::
How can I Create Account on Customer Relation Management (CRM)
==> Visit www.teachersfund.org.gh
==> Click on member portal
==> Click on Login/register
==> Click on sign up
==> Enter your staff ID
==> Enter authentication code ( 6-digits code eg 123456)
==> Enter mobile number/email address ( Preferably Mobile number)
==> Click on validate
==> Click on send code
==> Enter the 6- digit code that will be sent to your phone/email
==> Click on validate
==> Enter your password ( one that you can be easily remembered)
==> Re-enter your password to confirm
==> Click on register ( click on the side of the word REGISTER for it to highlight)
How to login After Registration
==> Visit www.teachersfund.org.gh
==> Click on Login/register
==> Enter you staff ID
==> Enter your password
==> Click on login
After successful login, Click on any link in link box on your right hand side that addresses your problem.
